Overwatch uses a vector database to power its AI search and suggestion capabilities. Each organization is assigned a unique Vector Namespace (e.g., overwatch-your-slug) to ensure data isolation. This namespace is managed automatically.

You can toggle specific AI features on or off:

  • AI Suggestions: Automated root cause analysis and procedure recommendations.
  • Vector Search: Semantic search for similar past incidents.
